When it comes to soccer, natural ability is great, but to get that winning edge you need to train for it.  Fitness and athletic conditioning play a major role in your performance on the field.  Many players mistaken believe that endurance training (such as running) is the only type of physical conditioning they need to do.  However, other important elements of fitness must be trained to be the best player you can be.  Think of what’s actually involved in the game… you’re not just running, you’re also jumping, sprinting, jogging, lunging, squatting, maneuvering, guarding, heading, and more! 

Top Form Conditioning for Soccer is a group training program that progressively develops overall strength, speed, power, and agility.  Basics of nutrition and mental conditioning are touched on as well.

Cost:
10 Session Package: $150 (pay via cash, cheque, credit card, or PayPal) or $20 drop-in fee.

One hour group sessions.
Maximum 10 recruits per session (space is limited; register now!)

Session Information and Location:
Every Monday and Wednesday evening at 7PM at the Sports Medicine Specialists (150 Eglinton Avenue East, 5th Floor)
